Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will be happy to fix this for you at no cost to you, including return postage if needed. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. To make a claim please contact us and include images of the issue if needed.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind about an item then we will be happy to accept a return within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be unused in original condition including the product packaging. To make a return you will need to contact us for the return address and then send the product back to us (at your cost) and then when we receive it we will check the condition and then issue a refund. Please include your name and order number with the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
