A legend in gardening circles John Haws designed his own watering can in 1884. His eponymous company thrived on high quantity and attention to detail but in the middle of the twentieth century floundered then to be rescued by the Pennock family who run it to this day as a family business. If you take gardening seriously then you need a Haws watering can.
