Caring for your knife:
This opocket knife is made from hard carbon steel which produces a superior cutting edge that stays sharpe longer and is also easier to sharpen. However compared to softer 'stainless' steel knives a carbon steel knife needs a little more care: hand wash with soapy water and then dry with a towel, do not air dry. Apply a little oil to the blade, just vegetable oil like canola oil will do, this will ensure that the blade remains rust free.
