Brand Bio

Creative couple Lydia and Mat lovingly craft small batch sauces, ferments and spice mixes from their base in Paekākāriki, New Zealand. The unique illustrations on the labels are an artwork in themselves drawing on Roman Catholic artwork, Greek Orthodox iconography, Irish illuminated manuscripts and Tarot de Marseille for inspiration.
